Hayes, BSC Group; <br /> New Seaury Properties and New Seahury Maushop Condominium owners: <br /> Map 127 and 12 8. Project Mn substantial compliance with <br /> Amended/Amended/AmendedOrder of Conditions 3-1027. Request COC. <br /> Dale L. Fishman, Trustee, 7 Clif side Lane. Project in substantial compliance with <br /> Order of Conditions -1575. Re-address Special Condition#35. Request COC. <br /> Norman Hayes, BSC Group, was requesting a Certificate of Compliance with on-going <br /> Conditions. He said I laushop village needs the right to operate and maintain the revetment. <br /> 1n its DRI (Development of Regional Impact), the Cape Cod Crnmisxon included a <br /> Certificate of Compliance to operate and maintain l aushop's revetment. Depar n nt o <br /> Environmental Protection also issued .a Certificate of Compliance and the Conservation <br /> Commission has given a Certificate.te o Compliance on all the other Conditions. Mr. Hayes <br /> referred to the Amended/Amended/Amended order of Conditions and asked that the <br /> Conservation Commission make final the Applicant's aright to maintain and operate the <br /> revetment subject to reasonable conditions regarding maintenance and beach re--nourlslment <br /> in perpetuity. <br /> The Agent explained that this was a `housekeeping measure' and this is routine for hese <br /> types of projects. He asked ed Mr. Hayes to review the history so the Commissioners could <br /> vote to Amend the Certificate of Compliance to reflect the additional Conditions allowing <br /> access in perpetuity to operate and maintain the revetment. <br />
