VOLUNTEER COORDNATOWS REPORT <br /> Lynne distributed this report. Judy Genge has been working on the volunteer list which <br /> consists of 226 members. Judy and Lynne met with Chef Roland to plan the menu for the <br /> volunteer recognition which Will be Meld on the 16thofMay. <br /> Motion: Jack Jordan moved to accept the Volunteer Coordinator's Report. <br /> Seconded by torah McCormick Vote Unanimous, <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Mary asked about the renovations at the front office. Lynne said VM Mason and <br /> Kcnmark will be coming in to look at the front office and reception*st area to see what <br /> improvements can be made. <br /> NEW SSSS <br /> .Lynne noted that the Executive office of Elder Affairs does Council on Aging Board <br /> training and 'if anyone was interested she would schedule it for them. Lynne spoke about <br /> the Conflict of Interest Training and said the members need to go through the training on <br /> line. The training deadline is April 5. Lynne will ask Human Resources to resend the <br /> email with the website. <br /> Lynne distributed"Population Change—older Adults" and a neves article on Wheels Fall <br /> Off the Food Wagon. <br /> Motion: Mary Gaffney moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Norah <br /> McCormick.
