Vote unanimous -o <br /> VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR.REPORT <br /> Deborah Converse reviewed her octoerNovernber report. Site reported she is working <br /> on recruiting volunteers. She attended the RSP Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. She <br /> reported she has been trying to meet as many volunteers as possible and is hoping to <br /> contact all the volunteers to find out their status and introduce herself after the first of the <br /> Year. <br /> She announced the volunteer Recognition Luncheon will be held on June 12. It will be <br /> at the New Seabury Country Club again this year. <br /> Motion Jean l oussee moved to accept the volunteer Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Jack Jordan. vote unanimous -0 <br /> ACTIVITY COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> Director Waterman distributed the Activity Coordinator Report and highlighted several <br /> programs_ There were programs on Sea Turtles, Environmental Programs, The <br /> C.A.P.I.R.-S' Haunted Cape Cod, Deputy Fire Chief Program, Cyber Stopping, Computer <br /> Classes, Memory Screening, and TOPS.
