o -Nathan Ellis.Highway continued <br /> Jonathan Fu�rbush raised question as to whether footprint is expanding. lino said new <br /> structure will extend the deck 2 feet, <br /> Glen Harrington questioned seating shown-14 at bar and 50 seats and then 4 additional <br /> tables. Dino explained the 4 tables are outside the patio area in a common area. Glen <br /> suggested since not approved, stick to the 64 seats. Dino-agreed and said he will send in a <br /> new Plan eliminating the 16 non-alcohol seating to show seating at 64. Torn Fudala asked if <br /> new seating plan could be dome by tomorrow. Dino said it mould. <br /> Dino noted that originally total seating capacity was at 224 but Fire Department exits had to <br /> eliminate 2 seats so seating total at 222. <br /> Torn Fudala noted we do novo have side elevation Pian; and Plan showing sidewalks, etc. <br /> Dina said after Planning Board approval he will get copies of clans for approvals by the <br /> Boards. <br /> Plan Review Motion: Glen Harrington motioned Plan Review to approve where the back room-Unit <br /> 3B as specified on the listing presented per Dino be swapped out for 24 seats and closed off during <br /> deck use and also subject to neer seating being submitted to Torn Fudala; the gate access to the <br /> deck must be 6 feet and securable per the Fire Department req,uirennents; the 16 seats will be <br /> removed for a total of 64 seats and 222 seats total for-the restaurant; and subject to inspections <br /> required because of the increase in the area for that back building. Tone Fudala seconded the <br /> motion; and it was unanimously passed by Pian Review Committee. <br /> Lenin Review Motion: Jonathan Furbush approved the Pian Review Motion on behalf of Design <br /> Review Committee. <br /> 31 Bowdoin Roach <br /> Dean Fraser <br /> Addition to ex isti n b i ld i n <br /> 4 <br /> Dean Fraser addressed the Committee saying he is looking.to pint an addition on the front of an <br /> existing buildin . people in office there right now and it is really cramped. 'He said he hired full- <br /> time <br /> ll-trona people in the fast year. He.Said he has 20-22 employee -mostly field employees; total-of 6 are <br /> office staff. He said he just wants to make sure he can do this addition; and this is informal to find out <br /> ghat he needs to get it done. <br /> ► Mr. Fraser bought the building about 7 years ago. <br /> They have boat storage there Jonathan Furbush asked whether any restrictions on the boat <br /> storage. Mr. Fraser said they are probably at 30; all are shrink-wrapped. <br /> Not storing flam ables. <br /> Charlie Maintanis stat6d that a well-drilling business is there. Contractor trade was never <br /> noted as use there, if going forward Wth addition request, identify that use so there is no <br /> question. <br /> • Specify square footage; and square footage to be used as office spee. - <br /> Existing structure is 4200 square feet on one level.
