Cross'Fit is interested in purchasing the property. Currently at 11 a hpee.Comm ns but <br /> lookingto et into more permanent space. Want to determine if that would be possible at this site <br /> before moving forward with formal offer. According to Livia Monteforte# they would be following what <br /> had been proposed for the property sometime in the 's or early 90's. Lot is currently on the market; <br /> has been on and oft the market for some time. There is a small area the current owners cleared. <br /> CrossFlt classes are pre-s heduled...people dont just corne and go. <br /> Classes start at 6 a.m. Only 1 class on Sunday. Busiest day there would be 7 classes. No' <br /> plans to do 2 -hour operation. <br /> -20 individuals per class. <br /> Sho wedrc osed elevation of 2003 Plan vs. proposed elevation they are proposing. <br /> p p <br /> Showed brochure from design company being considered. <br /> • Tom Fudala said parking requirement is 42 spaces and the newer plan shows 42 spaces. <br /> However, Torn pointed out that the size doesn't look adequate on the earlier plan. Also, at rear <br /> parking area 10 foot buffer needed. Torn said there is going to be a steep gall at the back. <br /> • Would have to meet Fire Department access requirements; also; there are rear,-side, and front <br /> buffer requirements. <br /> • State Highway Department would give curb cut. <br />
