i <br /> Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> ashpee Plan Review committee <br /> Held Tuesday, November er , 2013 <br /> Mash ee Town Hall Wa uoit Meeting Room <br /> Design Review-Members Present: Joseph Cu mr ings, Mary LeBlanc, and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> Plan Review Members Present. <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br /> Scott Carline, Police Department <br /> Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Audience; -Geoff Spillane— Mashee Enterprise <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9 a.m. <br /> 428 Lathan Ellis Highway <br /> Representative— Paul Lambert <br /> Sale of Christmas Trees and Wreaths <br /> Mark Lambert appeared. Charlie mentioned that typically this request would 90 to Purr Review and <br /> then not cation sent to abutters. Torn Fudala. said since theyve-sold trees there before that's not <br /> needed. <br /> • Trees to be delivered after Thanksgiving. <br /> • All trees will be free-standing; display stand holds about 40 wreaths. <br /> No issues with parking <br /> Joel Clifford advised there are to be no outside fires. <br /> Mary LeBlanc raised visibility of site line for traffic. Mark Lambert said he has a gate and fence <br /> so theywon't be near roadway traffic. <br /> Hours will probably be 9-a.m. to 7 or 8 p.m. <br /> Building In front is operational so they have-lighting and plumbing for employees. <br /> Scoff Carllrre asked whether Mr. Lambert has any concerns. Clark Lambert responded "nog:. He said <br /> the onlyproblem h had in Mash a was once long time ago but Mashpee Police got the thieves <br /> P p <br /> and no charges were filed because they paid for the trees they had stolen. Scott said .he will let <br /> police officers know he is located there. <br />
