Center grants to put in 6 treatment rooms at the tower level; upper level <br /> used for staff office space. Conference room upstairs just for staff use. <br /> Adding handicap bathrooms. <br /> Currently stone parking lot with 10 spaces there; going to pave lot, mark parking spaces, and <br /> define handicap parking. <br /> At back upper level a new handicap ramp will be added so handicap can have access to upper <br /> level...there is no elevator in the building. <br /> Doing some exterior t m-,–roc ng and cleaning up exterior area.- <br /> Use <br /> rea:Use Group: Business. Jonathan Furbushr questioned parking space requirement. Steve Cook <br /> responded he couldn't find the requirement for this use but that 10 spaces exist now and that's <br /> what they�d be using. Toni Fudala acted that parking spaces should be 9X20. Steve said thea <br /> they would have even less. Steve said they would have to excavate to nuke more spaces. <br /> Jonathan Furbu h commented that the use might fall under medical/dental offices and parking <br /> spaces would cone up to 50. Tori Fudala advised this site would come ander the New <br /> Seabury special Permit so that requirement not enforced. However, while grandfathered they <br /> do have to see where they can find more parking spaces. Steve Cook said they will do that. <br /> Merrill Blum commented that they want to be good neighbors.. They've discussed with the <br /> Children's Museum perhaps parking there and shuttle people to the Center. Perhaps the <br /> employees can park there. <br /> Level 2 alteration bout 30of the building. All uvea being done on lower level. <br /> athroomg—all fixtures were removed to do water damage repair but will be put back. <br /> Roger er Brooks will obtain and provide existing structure size. <br /> .noel Clifford said he would like to see a pre-construction affidavit from Fire Alarm system. <br /> Merrill Blum said a new fire alarm system has been put in the building. <br /> AudibleNisual devices will be put in treatment rooms. <br /> Glen Harrington advised that the septic tank and the distribution box for the septic system is - <br /> 10 rated'. Glen said hetalked with Capewide and with the inspector and all say it is H-% <br /> Therefore, -those components have to be changed. The valve°is okay.
