This allowed shifting of Carriage Road and <br /> alleviated the concern of abutters across the street with the road aligning with their dr*veway. <br /> Design changes made to eliminate waivers that were needed regarding radiuses, intersection <br /> with Deg rass, etc. <br /> Increase idth-cf layout of Carriage Road. <br /> No longer requesting waiver of center line off-set for Blue Castle Drive. <br /> Scott Carline asked about paving of the entire Blue Castle Drive. Matt Costa.said It is not financially <br /> viable for this project. He said the developer is completely willing to work with neighbors but basically <br /> one person responded... most didn't respond at all. <br /> Matt-said counsel and he took it a step further and tried to talk with No. 8 Blue Castle to see if they <br /> would be willing to give ars easement if down rn the line Town or abutters would pave down the road but <br /> have heard nothing from there. <br /> Matt said it would be a great opportunity for Torn to take the road and do betterment and that might <br /> be a good solution. According to Matt, the cost would be around $400,000 to $450,000 complete with <br /> drainage. He said it is about 997additional feet. <br />
