i <br /> Minutes of combined Meeting of <br /> lashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> ias pee Pian Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, August 5, 2014 <br /> Mashpee Town Miall Waquoit Meeting:Room <br /> Design Revi w, er ers Present: Joseph Cummings and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> Pian Review Members Present: <br /> Torn Fudala, Torn Planner <br /> Joel.Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Glen Farrington, Health Agent <br /> Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner <br /> Scott Carline, Police Department <br /> Torn Mayo, Assistant Town Manager <br /> anagen <br /> Audience: Geoff Spillane— Mas.hpee Enterprise <br /> Torn Fudala called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. <br /> 151 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Geoffrey Sprague <br /> Request for ac esso apartment in the basement. <br /> Geoffrey Sprague' appeared and said they moved into the residence 2 months ago; they are doing <br /> renovations to upgrade; and his wife's mother is looking to move in. <br /> Accessory apartment in the basement would be less than 400 square feet. <br /> Side entrance access. <br /> Basement used for recreation. Y basement to be used for efficiency apartment. <br /> a 2-acre let. <br /> e 380 square feet for efficiency apartment; square footage of whole basement probably 750 <br /> square feet; square footage of house is 2100 square feet. <br /> Torn Fudala questioned staircase and location of door. Mr. Sprague said door is at top of <br /> stairs; also door from outside comes in,. <br /> Jonathan-Furbushadvised that all measurements must be shown on the Plan. <br /> Torn Fudala addressed Parking, Mr. Sprague said they have a -oar garage. <br /> Joel Clifford said fire alarms, etc. to b brought up to code. Mr. Sprague said "yes" electrician <br /> already hooked up some the features. <br /> Michael Mendoza said only 2 windows are shown on the plan.- Mr. Sprague said there are 2 in <br /> the bedroom 1 used for egress) and 1 in the kitchen area. There is no window in the <br /> bathroom. Mr. Mendoza said all should be shown on the plan: <br /> Michael Mendoza asked where thea viasMr. <br /> perimeter drain around the foundation. <br /> Sprague said he knows what to do to get rid of the grater, <br /> Basement will be 7-1/2 feet from floor to ceiling once hung ceiling is installed. <br /> Septic was complete for 5 .bedrooms. Mr. Sprague said the area above the garage is <br /> unfinished so they would like to put office and bathroom in the garage area in the future. <br />
