Pian Review Members Present: Torn Fudala, Torn Planner Joel.Clifford, Fire Inspector Glen Farrington, Health Agent Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner Scott Carline, Police Department Torn Mayo, Assistant Town Manager anagen Audience: Geoff Spillane— Mas.hpee Enterprise Torn Fudala called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. 151 Pimlico Pond Road Geoffrey Sprague Request for ac esso apartment in the basement. Geoffrey Sprague' appeared and said they moved into the residence 2 months ago; they are doing renovations to upgrade; and his wife's mother is looking to move in. Accessory apartment in the basement would be less than 400 square feet. Side entrance access. Basement used for recreation. Y basement to be used for efficiency apartment. a 2-acre let. e 380 square feet for efficiency apartment; square footage of whole basement probably 750 square feet; square footage of house is 2100 square feet. Torn Fudala questioned staircase and location of door. Mr. Sprague said door is at top of stairs; also door from outside comes in,. Jonathan-Furbushadvised that all measurements must be shown on the Plan. Torn Fudala addressed Parking, Mr. Sprague said they have a -oar garage. Joel Clifford said fire alarms, etc. to b brought up to code. Mr. Sprague said "yes" electrician already hooked up some the features. Michael Mendoza said only 2 windows are shown on the plan.- Mr. Sprague said there are 2 in the bedroom 1 used for egress) and 1 in the kitchen area. There is no window in the bathroom. Mr. Mendoza said all should be shown on the plan: Michael Mendoza asked where thea viasMr. perimeter drain around the foundation. Sprague said he knows what to do to get rid of the grater, Basement will be 7-1/2 feet from floor to ceiling once hung ceiling is installed. Septic was complete for 5 .bedrooms. Mr. Sprague said the area above the garage is unfinished so they would like to put office and bathroom in the garage area in the future.
