1 Pimlico Pond Road continued <br /> Motion: Glen Harrington motioned Plan Review to approve the in-law apartment for 151 Pimlico <br /> Pond Load pending amended Plans be submitted to ZBA with overall dimensions and areas; and <br /> venting for the bathroom. Joel Clifford seconded this motion; and it was unanimously passed by Plan <br /> Review. <br /> Motion: Jonathan Furbush motioned Design Review to approve the Plan pending updated <br /> information with all figures spoken about for 151 Pimlico Pond Toad and also for needed'information <br /> for Board of Health regarding venting. Joseph Cummings seconded the notion; and it was <br /> unanimously passed by Design Review.. <br /> .. <br /> Mr. Sprague commented that 2 lots were combined at this-site but they are taxed separately. Torte <br /> Fudala suggested he ask Assessor to combine. <br /> 78 Industrial Drive (Used Car Business) <br /> Increase inventory limit to 10 vehicles on the premises, with <br /> Up to 5 vehicles.parted outside for sales display. <br /> Representative—Al Morra <br /> Al Morra appeared. <br /> He presently holds used car dealer license for 78 industrial Drive. <br /> 0 Would like to expand to 7 cars but needs ability to have 1 or 2 cars outside. <br /> Asking to increase the license from 5 to 7 cars, with no more than 2 cars outside at any time. <br /> He secured additional spaces from Kevin who owns Industrial Drive property. <br /> Torte Fudala explained the Planning Board Special Permit granted is under wholesale business <br /> and storage in roofed structure. Mr. Morra has to come back to Planning Board to r odifiy to <br /> add additional use for auto sales. <br /> Torn Fudala noted there is plenty of parking there. <br /> Michael Mendoza asked whether there would be any life safety issue. ,noel Clifford responded <br /> 69 no Iry <br /> CONCLUSION: Consensus was this be approved. Tom Fudala said this is informal so no vote need <br /> be taken.
