Mashvee Commons vial Permit Modification continue l <br /> John Connell said Mashpee Commons had to male some modifications and had to make changes <br /> which buildings get started first. He said new phasing allows building infrastructure sequentially. <br /> 0 They' re taken rental and moved to fiat phase. <br /> Next change is use. <br /> Gave Site Plans and explained 2014 versus 2007 Plans. Also shoved i ashpee Commons <br /> internal document to show examples of mixed use building types along Market Street. <br /> Original Permit had 3 phases, but that has collapsed and is now 2 phases. Within phase 1 <br /> there are 4 sub-phases-1A-1 D. <br /> low Just build i ng Phase 1 A 14,147 square feet...corn mer ia1. <br /> Michael Mendoza asked will units stay same; will upper levels!be turned into commercial. <br /> John Connell responded "nog'; now confident in residential yrs. commercial. <br /> Jonathan Furbush commented he noticed they are going from many smaller to fewer larger <br /> buildings.: John Connell said they are now going for"old captain's house" look. Whole building <br /> will be owned by one realtor company. - <br /> Glen Harrington said-where called "'boarding house", are these going to be actual "boarding <br /> houses" Mr. Connell said "no", they will be units and each has 2 bedrooms and own kitchen. <br /> Mr. Connell said they are looking t restaurant use so they marked-up kitchen downstairs in <br /> r <br /> case there.is interest. <br /> Parking: Tom Feronti said Planning Board established 70 parking spaces needed for what <br /> they are building in 1 A. He said there are7' :on-street parking spaces, so there is an excess <br /> of 8 spaces. He said because on-street parking, they are supplying 7 handicap spaces on <br /> parking lots behind building. Therefore they are supplying more parking and supplying more <br /> handicap parking than required for this Phase 1. He said for,Phase 1A there are 83 spaces in <br /> the lot to support resident units; and 78 on-street spaces to support commercial spaces. He <br /> said all commercial spares will have handicap access to commercial building. <br /> Glen Harrington asked whether Public Bathroom will be available. Response: not in this <br /> phase. <br /> Glen asked about wastewater treatment upgrade. Torn Feronti said they just about finished <br /> with their Plant expansion which will take the Plant to 183,000 gallons. He said DEP <br /> inspection to be the end of this week.. Torn Feronti said right now Title V demand is 70,000 <br /> gallons and the have 180,000 allons capacity. He said first train.is operational. Glen said <br /> gg <br /> he will go.to check it out. <br /> Torn Fud la noted thea is no crosswalk at Market Street. Torn Feronti said unfortunately the <br /> pitch of the road doesn't allow it. <br /> 9 ,noel Clifford asked if they ran the Fire Department template. Torn Feronti said "yes', no <br /> change. <br /> -Joel asked 11 ashpee Commons look at the street names he brought to their attention. Tom <br /> Feronti will do this. <br /> Torn FudaIa asked if Building 51 on Phase 1. John Connell said not part of Phase 1—building road, <br /> parking lot.but not the building. Also Benefits Street only being built where "yello " on plan. <br /> Motion: Torn Ulla o motioned to approve ars resented; Scott Carline seconded this motion; and it <br /> was unanimously passed by Flan Review. <br /> Motion: Joseph Cummings motioned to accept.plan of Phase IA as presented. Jonathan Furbush <br /> seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed by Design Review. <br />
