Phyllis Greelish said her parents moved to the <br /> Cape in 1972 and have owned this. house sire 1986 in John Pond Estates. She said her parents <br /> are retiring and she would like to buy the house.if they can put 'in an accessory a partment.for her <br /> parents. <br /> Proposing to renovate garage into.accessory apartment. <br /> Board of Health approved Plans at meeting fast week. <br /> 0 Driveway holds 4 cars; they only have 3 cars. No turn-around area. They've been using <br /> parking this way for 3 years wfth-no problems, Toni Fudala said they-need 4 paring spaces, <br /> which they.have. <br /> Torn Fudala mentioned the deck at the end of the house. He said the Site Plan doesn't show <br /> the proposed deck and that has to be shown on Site Flan. <br /> Joel Clifford stated there are no life-saving devices shogun on existing or proposed Plans. <br /> Phyllis Greelish responded that right now all are battery-operated but the electrician will be <br /> wiring the whole house for detectors and said it will not be a problem to do that. <br /> Jonathan Furbush read the specific regulations for accessory apartment to be sure all items <br /> were addressed by applicant. <br /> Torn Fudala commented that when ZETA is looking at setbacks he is sure this is a <br /> grandfathered property. <br />
