Tet Clifford seconded the motion; and it was unanimously approved by Plan Review. <br /> Design Review motion: Joseph Cummings motioned Design Review to accepts presented; <br /> Jonathan Furbush seconded this motion; and it was unanimously approved by Design Review. <br /> Northbridge I laahpee Commons <br /> Assisted living Facility <br /> 8 Great Neck Road south <br /> Informal Fevi env <br /> Representative– Russell Bunce. BSC Group <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane, Russell. Burke and Brian Yergatian from BSC, Flay Mitrano, and Albert <br /> Crepeau (architect) were present. Kevin Kirrane addressed the Board and said the property is <br /> currently owned by Mashpee Commons. He said he had been here before and applied but there <br /> have been some charges and now r are applying in name of Northbridge. He said the focus changed <br /> somewhat—now focus is on assisted living aspposed to all memory care. Site essentially the <br /> same. To address National Heritage issues and some design issues, 'have almost redesigned in its <br /> entirety. Fussell Burke addressed-the Site Plan: <br /> 0: units-52 for assisted living; 18 memory care. <br /> Project consists of life care with assisted living with memory care component. <br /> Site-design serviced byb -a single-access point on Great Neck Fad South. <br /> Adjoining the property they have 2 driveway access points—one serving utility easement <br /> located to the East of the property and there is another access way that goes through the <br /> property servicing the wastewater treatment plant that is owned and operated by the.Mashpee, <br /> Commons people. There is gated access to these areas. <br /> Shored parking areas and handicap parking. There are 59 parking spaces-95 are required. <br /> Mr. Burke said orthbridg }s experience with parking indicated 59 spaces more than needed <br /> since most residents do not.have cars; they-are provided with shuttle service. <br /> Brian Yer atian is working on storm water management. They will have one consistent with <br /> DEP storm-water policies. . <br /> Al Crepeau (architect) showed site Plans <br /> 2-story building under 6 ,000 square feet—the are sti11-worki ont u rs and decid ire <br /> ghat the grades are. <br /> Visually breaking down size of building since front will be larger mansion shaped and as <br /> building breaks away it becomes tower in scale. Building.broken into different wings to break <br /> up massive footage involved. <br /> Showed Floor Plans. Upper floor mostly apartments. <br /> They are stilloro ing on energy uses; type of assemblies like roof, walls, etc. <br /> They know construction type, egress, safety aspects of building. <br /> They acknowledged they need to file with the State for egress delay. Mr. Crepeau said his <br /> firm, EGA, :specifically do senior environments. He said they did look carefully at Town and <br /> Cape Cod Cori missiorn.r .Wrements. <br /> 2 <br />
