'horn <br /> informed Andy that the enabling legislation that created the Mashpee FDIC has <br /> requirements and one is a areal estate requirement. The vacancy needs to be filled by <br /> someone with a real estate license. Andy stated he does not have a real estate license. <br /> Following a discussion, it was determined that there is no opening at this bine for Andy <br /> Gottlieb on the FDIC. He agreed and stated that he would be willing to help in any other <br /> way. <br /> Tom Makro asked in the review of the bids, if confirmed that it is the 4 gears lease and if <br /> we negotiate down to the 6%, did the members want him to send regret letters to the other <br /> bidders. The members agreed to have Miry send these letters and Carol asked that he <br /> mention a special thank you to George Gamache who attended the meeting. <br /> . Additional 'topics. Mary LeClair noted there is no sign in front of the Industrial 'ark. <br /> Carol Sherman said this is a private road and the businesses have to get together and <br /> organize and apply for a sign. Carol had a picture of the original sign_ Carol said the <br /> original sign was hit and she is investigating who originally put up the sign. She will be <br /> looking to see who originally r pulled the permit. Then we will get a list of abutters from <br /> the plan. Terrmie suggested FDIC organize the businesses. <br /> . Discussion Future Meeting Dates. <br /> Tom clarified if the terms are met for the motion on the bid, we will not have to meet, <br /> and if they are not met we will have to meet. The members agreed. Date for future <br /> meeting was discussed. FDIC will meet on April 8 at : o. <br /> Motion: Terrie Cook mored to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Robyn Simmons. <br /> Vote was unanimous.
