20, Cook intends to access that project area by boat and to work within the <br /> facility with two people approximately five hours a day at least five <br /> days a week. Activities will include cleaning and maintaining the <br /> aquaculture equipment, "flipping" the grow-out bags, and planting, <br /> sorting, and harvesting the shellfish. <br /> 21. The Commission held a public hearing on the NOI. The public hearing <br /> was closed on June 14, 2012. - <br /> 22. On July 5, 2012, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions <br /> approving the project, with conditions. A copy of the Order of <br /> Conditions is attached as Exhibit"A". <br /> 23.The Plaintiffs are owners of properties on Daniels Island and <br /> Popponesset Island in Mashpee, Massachusetts and are persons <br /> aggrieved and/or abutters to the proposed aquaculture facility in <br /> Popponesset Bay. <br /> 24.
