<br /> 6. As per conditions of the Mashpee Waterways.Commission and the Board of Sel+ctmen, all bags will be
<br /> removed as necessary to accommodate nearby dredging.operations.
<br /> 7. No fill is to be used on the proposed site.
<br /> 8. Oysters, quahogs, soft shelled clams and scallops may be cultivated at the site.

<br /> 10.A. The applicant or consultant is responsible to.provide all employees with a copy of this Order and to
<br /> ensure that all workers are informed of the conditions of this Order before they begin work on the site.
<br /> 1
<br /> B. The Commission requires that the holder of the grant where work is permitted and/or the project
<br /> supervisor, and any.other persons involved with the project at the discretion of the Commission, to sign
<br /> a statement that they have read and'understand the Notice of Intent and Or er of Conditions. Such
<br /> statements will have to be submitted to the Commission before work can be in.
<br /> C. This document shall be included in ail construction.contracts, subcontracts, nd specifications dealing
<br /> with triie work proposed and shal`I supersede any conflicting contract requirements. The applicant shall
<br /> assure that all employees, contractors and other personnel performing the p rmitted work are fully
<br /> award of the permit's terms and'Wnditions. •Th'ereaftep, the contractor will bd held jointly liable for any
<br /> violation of this Order resulting-from failure to comply with its conditions.
<br /> 11. Prior to the start of the work the applicant or consultant must complete form ( ) accurately and
<br /> completely and return it to the Mashpee Conservation Dept. i
<br /> 12.Any devi tions made or intended to be made from the plans cited as the Plan of Record in the Order of
<br /> Condition shall require, in advance, one of the fdllowing; i
<br /> 1. an Amended Order of Conditions;
<br /> 2. a new,Notice of Intent; or
<br /> 3. an Adfninistrative Approval from the Commission that the'deviation is not so substantial as to require
<br /> (1)or(2)above.
