<br /> 16. Prior to the start of any work/alterations-to areas within Conseniation Commission jurisdictio►1, there shall
<br /> be an onsite meeting between the contractor(s) responsible.for the work, the-proj�ect engineer and/or
<br /> supervisor, if applicable, and the Conservation Agent or other designated represientative of the
<br /> Commission, to ensure that the requirements of this Order are understood. i
<br /> At this on site consultation, the Conservation Agent/representative.may require minor modifications relating
<br /> to work/construction methodology to the Order of Conditions. If so,.said conditio' s will be provided in
<br /> writing at the time of said on site meeting. j
<br /> 17.A. The Commission shall be immediately notified upon initiation and completion iof the following portions
<br /> of the work:
<br /> Implementation of aquaculture infrastructure(anchoring deices,
<br /> grow out bags, buoys, signage) -
<br /> B. Should further work then be proposed after notice as described in Part A und6r the Order of Conditions .
<br /> (for example, in response to storm damage)the Commission will require additional information in
<br /> writing, and as it deems necessary, to ensure that said proposed work corresponds to the Order of
<br /> Conditions/Plan of Record. The Commission may, at its discretion, require t at said additional
<br /> information be.submitted as a formal request for an Amended Order of COndItionS,
<br /> C. If said proposed work, as referenced in B above, is deemed by the Commisson to (1)change
<br /> substantially-the.purpose of the originally permitted project and/or.(2) to increEe substantially the
<br /> scope of the permitted project and or(3) to increase substantially the potenti,I for adverse impacts to
<br /> the protected statutory interests/values of M.G,L. Chapter 130, Section 40 ar(d/or Chapter 172 of the
<br /> Mashpee Code, then the Commission may, at its discretion, require the filing!of a new Notice of Intent.
