An voted unanimously. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> None at this time <br /> ACTION ITEMS UPDA'T'E <br /> EstuaryRestoration/Shellfish Propagation <br /> Mr. York reported that he was waiting to hear From the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation <br /> grant to create the 10 acre oyster reef in Popponesset Bay. Additionally, Torn Fudala presented <br /> the draft Watershed Nitrogen Plan to the Board of Selectman. Selectman Cahalane reported that <br /> the plan was well received but there was agreement to offer to the Sewer District whether or not <br /> they wished to be involved with the plan. If the Sewer District does not support the plan, the <br /> Board of Selectmen would be voting it in at their next meeting. W. York stated that sewer <br />
