Theresa Coale seconded the action. The motion was approved -- , 2 absent . <br /> NEW USIi ESS <br /> 0 Audit Report: Matt Hunt, Representative,entative, Sullivan & Rogers Auditing Firm <br /> Charles Ga icr welcomed Mr. Hunt to the Finance Commi tee meeting and, in turn, asked the <br /> Finance Committee members to introduce themselves to Mr. Hunt. <br /> Mr. Hunt presented the following agenda for the FY 2012 Audit report for the Town of la hp e: <br /> • <br /> Engagement Summary <br /> • Financial Statement Summary <br /> - Opinion <br /> -- Financial Highlights <br /> - Significant Footnotes <br /> Reports on Internal Control and Federal Awards <br /> Management Letter <br /> The Management letter included recommendations for the following: Library procedures, <br /> Abandoned property, Service Organization Controls, Escrow Accounts, Fisk Assessment and <br /> Monitoring, and Pension Accounting and Financial Reporting.
