PUBLIC COMMENTS — Mona. REVIEW IEW F MINUTES —July 10, 2014 George Schmidt made a motion to approve presented the minutes of the July 10, 2014 Finance Committee meeting. OLD BUSINESS * Finance Committee Vacancy: Welcome to New Member David D lP nt Theresa Cook welcomed Mr. De[Ponte as a new member of the Finance Committee, having been appointed to the post by Town Moderator Jeremy Carter. Mr. DelPonte started that he was appreciative of his new appointment as an opportunity for a new learning p rian well as the P opportunity to make a contribution to the role the Finance Committee plays in'the town. ' Liaison Assignments—2014-2015 Theresa Cook distributed copies of the new liaison assignments to the Committee, starting that the rola of the liaison is to act as ar conduit of information between the department and the Finance Committee. Ms. Cook reminded the committee members to go through the Town Manager's office for clearance when meeting with department hands. NEW BUSINESS * Recognition Former Flnarn m itt Member Mark Dar ini Theresa Cook stated that the commiffee was very sad to sae Mark Davini go and expressed appreciation for his time spent on the Finance Committee. The committeb members each thanked Dr. Davini for his contribution'to the efforts of the Finance Committee, and wished hire well in his new endeavor. A certificate of appreciation was presented to Dr. D vini for his service on the committee from 2010-2014.
