OLD BUSINESS * Finance Committee Cover Letter on the Report to the Voters October Town Meeting Theresa Dock,stated that some edits had been made to her original draft cover letter t the Finance Committee itt Report to the Voters. Ms. Cook asked d the committee members for their opinion as to whether the revised letter should be used In place of her original version. After discussion and comparison of both versions the committee opted to keep the original lefter drafted by Theresa Cook. David DelPonte rade a motion that the Committee approve the original draft version of the Finance Committee cover letter to the Voters, drafted by Theresa Cook. Charles Lair seconded the motion. Doll Call Vote: Charles Gassior, yes; George Schmidt, yes; Torte Murphy, yes; David DelPente, yes; Theresa Cook, yes. The motion was approved (5-0). * Finance Committee Report rt t the Voters October Town Meeting-Final Approval Vote The following changes were incorporated into the Finance Committee Recommendations on 10/2014 Town Hating Warrant Articles: Articles 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,12,16,18,19,20: the words Opposed(zero) were changed to Opposed nor . Article 2: Paragraph 2, deleted second sentence: "As the negotiation process proceeded, the next steps were an arbitration hearing and ultimately binding arbitration."
