Building and warehouse <br /> storage in 2,400 sq. ft. building. <br /> (Continued from October 16, 2098) <br /> At the last hearing, the committee requested the following information; copulas, window <br /> changes, shutter changes, building signage, and lighting on the buildings. <br /> Mr. Junqueira handed out the updated information to the committee as requested. He said <br /> he also had a drawing with the street sign, and showing the size of the roof with the copulas. <br /> Joe Cummings did not have any comments. <br /> Dan Ojala, with Down Cape Engineering handed out the revised site plan. He revised the <br /> lighting plan adding three full mounted lights that were shown earlier. He placed the septic <br /> structures 10 ft. apart as requested by Glen Harrington, Health Agent, and added some <br /> evergreen screening next to the fenced area to the East of the smaller building. Added <br /> some smaller shrubs around the site to buildings to clean up the look. He also added the <br /> fencing around the concrete pad for the dumpster as requested by the Fire Department. <br /> He also added a foot path on the West side and around the building that can be accessed <br /> year round. For the record, the site plan was updated November 6, 2018. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said that the Fire Department had concerns about possible access into the <br /> fenced in area. <br /> Mr. Ojala said they added a large gate that will have a padlock, and he will give the Fire <br /> Department a key. <br /> 1 <br />
