Ben Lofche <br /> ALSO <br /> PRESENT: Richard Flemming, South Cape Beach Supervisor, <br /> Representatives of sportsmen' s clubs, and hunters <br /> MINUTES of PREVIOUS MEETING: The minutes of the meeting of October <br /> 2 , 1994 were accepted as presented. <br /> I The sole purpose for which this meeting was called was to dis- <br /> cuss the issue of continued hunting activity during the con- <br /> struction phase of the McGregor Road Facility (New Town Beach) , <br /> hm. Kir ner explained that hunting was not an automatically <br /> permitted use under the terms as set forth in the 1981 Agree- <br /> ment between the State and the Town of Mashpee. Therefore, <br /> the issue of hunting rust be presented to the committee for <br /> its recommendation, for or against. <br /> At our annual hunting meeting on July 26, 1994 , the committee, <br /> by a majority vote, approved the continuation of hunting pend- <br /> ing the appearance of a representative of the construction <br /> company. The committee takes a very firm position that we will <br /> not allow anything by way of hunting if it should directly, or <br /> indirectly, interfere with the progress of the McGregor Road <br /> Facility. <br /> , Kirsner explained that he had spoken to Marls Cullinen. <br /> Mark agreed that he would arrange to have present at this meet- <br /> ing, Paul Botelho, and the contractor. Paul Botelho is in <br /> charge of the construction. Neither P .
