He stated that as a result of ticketing Eric <br /> Miller for infractions on the water, Eric has filed charges <br /> against hien. Mr. Ell'.is stated that most everyone in the room <br /> ig an assistant harbormaster and can face this same situation <br /> in the future. Mr. Lund` s court date is next Wednesday; it <br /> was recommended that he get legal advice. Mr, Homeyer stated <br /> that we need to look at the liability aspect. <br /> Mr,, Ellis reported that the new truck 'is not ready yet. Dr. ` <br /> Gordon stated there should be a liaison to call ; Mr. Ellis will <br /> talk to Greg Taylor. Mr. Ellis reported a drowning at <br /> Popponesset beach due to heart attack and one boat collision , <br /> in Little Kiger. Mr. Ellis reported that the new outboard <br /> and buoys are on order, gas tank trays and covers for center <br /> consoles were purchased (clue to the approval of new equipment <br /> by the Selectmen on July 25th) , citations have 'been issued, <br /> brochures are being passed out, and 70-100 stops are Made per <br /> weekend. <br />
