FISHING TOURNAMENT REQUEST: Dr. Gordon received a. request for <br /> the South Shore Fishin.g Tournament on September 3rd from <br /> 7+ 0a.m. -3 : 00 p.m. involving 12 boats. Mr. Ellis saw no problem <br /> with this. <br /> 125TH ANNIVERSARY: Dr.. Gordon referred to a letter from the <br /> Historical Commission requesting Waterways participation in <br /> the 125th Anniversary celebration and asked the committee if <br /> they had any ideas . It was decided to put this on the September <br /> agenda. <br /> DOCK, PERMIT IIT REVIEW: Mr. Ellis requested that a dock permit <br /> application in Little River be reviewed since' it is a hazard <br /> to navigation, He would like to see the dock shortened back <br /> to its original length. These owners own a large boat. A motion <br /> was made, seconded, and unanimously in favor of letting Mr. <br /> Ellis handle this and send a letter. Dr. Gordon asked Mr. <br /> Homeyer to look into this and find out if there are any time <br /> limits; Mr, Homeyer stated he. will. - get a copy of the zoning <br /> her--Laws and interpretation. <br /> Mr. Hanks distributed a copy of a Request for Proposal Boat <br /> Taste Disposal Facilities (pumpout facility for Great Raver <br /> which included draft specifications for a waste reception unit. <br /> He has forms from the State and may get extra money. <br /> Mr. Silver asked if there are any rules of conduct for the <br /> Harbormaster and/or Assistant Harbormaster position.
