Mr. Cohen would like to find out what Commission <br /> to appeal to regarding this , and Dr. Gordon stated that Waterways <br /> ,is only concerned with navigation. The clan and shellfish bed <br /> problem is a concern of the fishermen. Mr-. Cohen feels there <br /> is danger in allowing Prof. White' s 52 foot boat to sit in front <br /> of his home. He emphasized the safety factor and stated that <br /> this size boat should be in a mooring or marina, Prof. White <br /> stated that this dock was approved before the Conservation <br /> Commission and that there is a meeting with the State o <br /> September 29th.
