Mr. Hanks (who is on the Coastal Resources <br /> Committee) distributed a letter which contained a "wish list" <br /> of projects for the Town' s waterways included in this was the <br /> scallop seeding program) , Mr, Hanks was recognized as the author <br /> of this . <br />
