F <br /> t <br /> COUNTY DREDGE STATUS: Dr. Gordon reported on the first County <br /> Dredge meeting he attended -on September 29, 1994. Representatives <br /> from Most Cape towns were present. The dredging will occur <br /> in 30-40 Barnstable County Harbors, and one million dollars <br /> is forthcoming an three yearly installments from the State. <br /> The next meeting is October 12th, and Dir. Gordon will give the <br /> specs on the dredge at a later meeting. They are going to try <br /> to bring on a paid Coordinator; four County employees will staff <br /> the dredge. Hid specs stall have to be done; Dr. Gordon will <br /> give a monthly report. <br /> INLAND WATERWAYS: Mr. Homeyer reported a bass tournament <br /> occurred on Saturday with six boats and thirteen boats on Sunday. <br /> Most boats are being pulled out for the winter. <br /> UUNT: Dr. Gordan reported all is quiet, half of the <br /> markers are out. <br /> WAUIT BAY: A boat went up on the rods; Mr. Ellis was <br /> contacted and Mr. Hanks helped. Mr. Silver stated that buoys <br /> seem o.k. <br /> PROJECTS AND GOALS FOR WINTER 1994-95: Mr. Homeyer reported <br /> on the sub committee meeting; they are in the process of getting <br /> information to write Articles for the May Town meeting, He <br /> is working on incorporating Ch 90B Mate regulations into the <br /> 'down By-Laws. Dr. Gordon would like to make the Harbormaster <br /> a voting member of Waterways Commission. He would also like <br /> to simplify the water designations to salt and fresh. Dr. Gordon <br /> asked the sub committee to write up a summary to present to <br /> the Waterways Commission re: theBy-Law change. Dr, Gordon <br /> and Mr. Ellis will get together and write a list of winter <br /> projects. M . Homeyer mated Mr. Ellis should be compensated <br /> for his accumulated 96 hours of comp time. Dr. Gordon stated <br /> that a consultant is putting together jab descriptions for the <br /> Town and suggesteed that part of the Harbormaster' s job <br /> descripti <br />
