TOM CAHIRI NICK VONTZALIDES, BEM Counsel, <br /> Sandi Wolchansky <br /> ALSO <br /> PRESENT: FERRY ELLIS, HARBORMASTER, GCS FREDERICK, LEISURE <br /> SERVICES, OREN E TANS, BOARD OF HEALTH, ROBERT SHERMAN, <br /> CONSERVATION AGENT <br /> The meeting convened at p. m. <br /> The minutes of meeting of November 17, 1994 were accepted as pre- <br /> sented. <br /> The sole purpose for which this meeting was called was to discuss <br /> DEM' s draft management plan, <br /> The Mashpee Conservation Commission had issued an Order of Conditions <br /> which would permit the current construction activity along McGregor <br /> Road. This Order of Conditions requires BEM to submit a plan for <br /> natural resource and recreation management at this new beach recreation <br /> area prior to the facility being opened for public use. <br /> DEM recently nailed copies of the completed draft management plan for <br /> the South Cape Beach Recreation Area to all members of the advisory <br /> committee and various torn departments for their review and continents. <br /> The first half of the meeting was open for the members of the advisor <br /> committee to make their comments and suggestions relative to the draft <br /> management plan. <br /> At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Rirsner will consolidate all <br /> issues and submit them in writing to DEM for their consideration. <br /> The advisory committee will make a recommendation for or against be� <br /> fore the cormnittee submits them to the board of selectmen, <br />
