'm The scheduled agenda was taken out of context. There was an extremely large representation of hunters, 'therefore, 'Item , "Review Hunting Issue"' was dealt with first. T REVIEW HUNTING ISSUE: Since Winnifred Woods had requested "to review hunting" be placed on the agenda., M. :Kin ner suggested that Winnie '-respond to this issue. W. Woods explained that many -o-f .the hunters .had been .present at the annu l hunting meeting of -the advisory committee on 4 August 29, 1995, at which time the committee Voted to continue' hunting for the 1995-9 season, - Miss Woods granted to question the special goose hunting season which she had been ad.vis d started September 15th through October 15th, - Winnie was- also questioning how we balance the needs of ,all of .the people who use South cape Beach. ' What di s tukbed her was' the.' f c t that there were more and more people who were -not hunters using the area during the period when the hunters were allowed to hunt. She stated that she felt it would be wise i there were some way ,to narrow the' time the hunters use the area t better conform with other people' . needs.
