Kirsner explained that the hunting Issue had been resolved <br /> t the August. 1995 -meeti g- of -the committee, 'and there would <br /> not be any ,action taken to moidify it in any way.. However, 'in- <br /> the future, if there should be any fact that should be' brought <br /> to the attention of .the advisor -co=mmittee on the matter of <br /> hunting, 'to please- bring this to our attention. <br /> Further disqussion relative to hurting ori south Cape Beach <br /> followed. <br /> Torn Cahir advised that on January . 1., '1996 in the Mass . <br /> Legislature, they ,would vote on the Open space Bond Bill <br /> which will change the .law and -allow all state lands to be <br /> open for the purpose that the hunters were present tonight. <br /> There will be an u or down vote on the bill.
