Kisner explained that since there was no quorum present <br /> there would be no vote on any issues. ' Each issue' will be taken <br /> under advisement subject to a full chi scus.s ion before a board <br /> with a majority present. Then a vote will be taken. <br /> III DISCUSSION DF THE PASTING OF GREAT OAK ROAD WITHIN THE PARK: <br /> Nick vontzali es, counsel for DEM reported that the advisory <br /> committee had contacted DEM relative to the paving of Great <br /> Oak Road within the park. Rep. Cahir had met with the DEM <br /> Director and Commissioners. DEM agreed to undertake upgrad- <br /> ing that road and paving it down to the town parking lot. <br /> The contract has been awarded and notice to proceed wasex- <br /> ecuted this morning. They anticipate that the contractor <br /> will be on site by early next week. The work should run <br /> about six weeks. The work should be completed by the first <br /> weep of June. Nick explained there will be some short-term <br /> impacts on access to the town parking lot which cannot be <br /> avoided. <br /> Nick added that an arrangement would be worked out for upkeep <br /> and maintenance. <br /> M. Klsner asked if Nick would provide a copy of the contract. <br /> Norris will then furnish copies to each member of the committee. <br /> M. Klrsner thanked Nor. vontzalides for his presentation, <br />
