Rirsner granted to clarify his position relative to the correc- <br /> tions presented by W. Woods of minutes of ,June 25, 1996meeting. <br /> Mr. Rirsner stated that he had at that time, made the statement <br /> that he would have some reservations about a telephone poll vote, <br /> and he would look 'Into it. W. Woods had objected to it as <br /> standard idea, but he granted to clear the record as far as his <br /> position was concerned. The fact is that Mr. Kirsner did look .into <br /> the matter; he discussed it with each and every member of the com- <br /> mittee sometime prior to this meeting, with the exception of Francis <br /> LeBaron whom, after several attempts, he ..had been unable to reach. <br /> Mr. Irsner wanted it to be, known quite clearly that it would have <br /> been absolutely wrong to have polled the members to obtain their <br /> votes and he had decided to go forward with the meeting here tonight. <br /> Mr. Rirsner further instructed Barbara, the Board Secretary, to call <br /> Rollie Belli eau, the representative of the hunters to notify him as <br /> to Mr. Kirsner's decision. <br /> Ms. goods moved that the minutes of the meeting ofJune 25, 1996 include <br /> the addition of the memo of ,July 23, 1996, the amendment to the motion. <br /> Seconded. <br /> M. Rirsner requested to made a motion to amend the minutes to include <br /> the fact that he, at that particular time, stated that he had had <br /> some preservations about following what he had been requested to do; <br /> that he would look into it, and he did Kook into it. <br /> Mr, I a rsner made a motion to amend the main motion bystating- hoer he <br /> had proceeded. Bruce McHenry seconded the motion. All in favor. <br /> So moved. <br />
