Woods moved- that the sub-committee 11report" be withdrawn, " Minutes accepted as corrected . III ' DI CJSSION OF 10A SITE - Legislation : Nancy Caffyn : Mr . Kirsner stated. that , as a member of the Mass . State Representatives , he doubted that Ms . Caffyn was aware that she was an honorable member of the South Cape Beach Advisory. Committee. As a repre sentative, she ce.r a inl r should be playing an important role in promoting this bill . Morris has already discussed this matter with Bob Whritenour . V Mr , Kirsner has also spoken to Sen. Raus chenbach' s Office on several occasions . It is Meer that the person who drew the original l gisI tion did not have a copy of the Agreement of 1981 . Morris has sent a- copy of the Agreement , a Copy of the letter � written by Cinnifred Woods , and a copy of the letter written by Morris Kirsner . Morris also forwarded a copy of his annual report , which general.l.y discused some of the reasons why the legislation was improper . They have indicated that they would make even effort to stick closely to ghat the agreement provides , which means no monetary considerations to be paid by the 'Town . This i a fixed obligation of DEM without any conditions , and that is the way the legislation must be prepared4p
