Kirsner stated. that , as a member of the Mass . <br /> State Representatives , he doubted that Ms . Caffyn was aware that <br /> she was an honorable member of the South Cape Beach Advisory. <br /> Committee. As a repre sentative, she ce.r a inl r should be playing <br /> an important role in promoting this bill . <br /> Morris has already discussed this matter with Bob Whritenour . <br /> V <br /> Mr , Kirsner has also spoken to Sen. Raus chenbach' s Office on <br /> several occasions . It is Meer that the person who drew the <br /> original l gisI tion did not have a copy of the Agreement of 1981 . <br /> Morris has sent a- copy of the Agreement , a Copy of the letter � <br /> written by Cinnifred Woods , and a copy of the letter written by <br /> Morris Kirsner . Morris also forwarded a copy of his annual report , <br /> which general.l.y discused some of the reasons why the legislation <br /> was improper . <br /> They have indicated that they would make even effort to stick <br /> closely to ghat the agreement provides , which means no monetary <br /> considerations to be paid by the 'Town . This i a fixed obligation <br /> of DEM without any conditions , and that is the way the legislation <br /> must be prepared4p <br />
