Iv MANAGEMENT OF SOUTH CAPE BEACH STATE PARK: APPOINT N .W COMMITTEE : Morris explained that last year h.e h.ad appointed a sub-committee to prepare • a report relative to th-e management of the South. Cape Beach State Park. That report was tabled, Mr . Kirsner appointed new sub-committee hi-ch consists. ' of th-e following members ; Bill Martiros , Bruce McHenry, and Lance Lambros . Bruce McHenry was appointed the chalirperson, Mr . Kirsner further advised the sub-committee he wanted the report confined to management of the faoilli ty. T B1 07 SUB-COMMITTEE RE MEMORIAL PLATE Morris read the report of thesub-committee relative to the memorial plaque prepared by Catherine E . Conroy,. Bill I artiro , and Tack Cramer . A copy of said report is attached . He acknowledged ledged and thanked the efforts of the sub-committee,, and requested heir opinions as to the identity of persons j chose names should be inscribed on the memorial . _ I OTHER BUS INE S S 1 , Mr . Kirsner reminded the committee that he had written a memo to Robert Whritenour on August 13 , 1999 , requesting that he advise us as to the position of the selectmen With reference to. relinquishing the Town Beach faciity to which there has not been any response . A second letter will be written. 2 . Bruce McHenry has re-introduced the proposal that h.e would life to see the future meetings of the committee meet in the afternoon rather than in the evening ; perhaps the last Thursday of each month as a possible time , between' p ,, m,, and 6 P . m. It was agreed that the meeting day and hour would remain as it has been for the present . A motion was made requiring the pare supervisor to prepare a report for the committee meetings of any meaningful in- stances which occur within the park, This motion was carried .
