Cape <br /> Beach State Park. That report was tabled, Mr . Kirsner appointed <br /> new sub-committee hi-ch consists. ' of th-e following members ; <br /> Bill Martiros , Bruce McHenry, and Lance Lambros . Bruce McHenry <br /> was appointed the chalirperson, Mr . Kirsner further advised the <br /> sub-committee he wanted the report confined to management of the <br /> faoilli ty. <br /> T B1 07 SUB-COMMITTEE RE MEMORIAL PLATE <br /> Morris read the report of thesub-committee relative to the <br /> memorial plaque prepared by Catherine E . Conroy,. Bill I artiro , <br /> and Tack Cramer . A copy of said report is attached . <br /> He acknowledged ledged and thanked the efforts of the sub-committee,, <br /> and requested heir opinions as to the identity of persons j <br /> chose names should be inscribed on the memorial . <br /> _ I OTHER BUS INE S S <br /> 1 , Mr . Kirsner reminded the committee that he had written a <br /> memo to Robert Whritenour on August 13 , 1999 , requesting <br /> that he advise us as to the position of the selectmen <br /> With reference to. relinquishing the Town Beach faciity <br /> to which there has not been any response . A second letter <br /> will be written. <br /> 2 . Bruce McHenry has re-introduced the proposal that h.e would <br /> life to see the future meetings of the committee meet in <br /> the afternoon rather than in the evening ; perhaps the last <br /> Thursday of each month as a possible time , between' p ,, m,, <br /> and 6 P . m. <br /> It was agreed that the meeting day and hour would remain <br /> as it has been for the present . <br /> A motion was made requiring the pare supervisor to prepare <br /> a report for the committee meetings of any meaningful in- <br /> stances which occur within the park, <br /> This motion was carried . <br />
