MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OFAPPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 14,201.8 <br /> 31 Ever Teen Circle: Petitioner, Cape Cod Dog Center, Inc. requests a Special Permit <br /> under 174-25 (E) (7) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 6,376 sq. ft. <br /> industrial building to be used as a state of the art dog daycare and boarding center on <br /> property located in an I-1 Zoning District, (Map 19 Parcel 10-10), Mashpee, MA (Owner <br /> of Record. Evergreen Energy, LLC). (Request to continue until November 28, 2018 <br /> hearings). <br /> Chairman Furbush read an email from Attorney Kevin Kirrane dated October 25, 2018 <br /> accepting the continuance for this hearing. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to continue the previously read hearing as requested until the <br /> November 28, 2018 hearings. Mr. Gould seconded,yes. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush read an email from Charles Rowley regarding his site plan review for 31 <br /> Evergreen Circle. <br /> Mr. Bonvie wanted clarification regarding the cost estimate submitted by Charles Rowley <br /> for approval by the Zoning Board prior to the issuance and approval by the Planning Board <br /> for the covenant. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said that Mr. Rowley is working on two separate items. The one submitted <br /> to the Zoning Board Special Permit is for the building. Mr. Rowley is working with the <br /> Planning Board on the site. The other item be is working on is for the road work and site <br /> development for the Planning Board. At this time, the Planning Board has not released the <br /> lots at this location. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board request the applicant of 31 Evergreen Circle <br /> (Cape Cod Dog Center)to issue payment to the Town of Mashpee in the amount of$1,050 <br /> customarily accepted by the Town Accountant for Charles Rowley's estimate dated <br /> October 30, 2018. Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes. All were in favor. <br /> 41 Polaris Drive: Owners, Servulo and Celeste Vasconcelos request a Special Permit <br /> under §174-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an accessory apartment on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning.District, (Map 98 Parcel 16-0), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Jean Bowden, with Capizzi Home Improvement represented the applicant's request to <br /> create an accessory apartment in the lower level of their house. The project will conform <br /> to all regulations, and the water and septic facilities will adequately service the home. The <br /> apartment is a one bedroom with a kitchen, closet, and living room space. The rest of the <br /> basement will remain unfinished. The gross apartment area is 1,188 sq. ft. and the gross <br /> area first floor is 3,224 sq. ft. Jean said that the owners are eliminating a bedroom upstairs <br /> to accommodate the bedroom in the basement. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the list of requirements to the audience.
