<br /> Sharon read the Board of Health, and Inspection Department comments into the record.
<br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the comments from.the Town Planner into the record. Mr. Furbush read
<br /> the Conservation Comments into the record.
<br /> Mr. Mendoza stated that if the Board considers granting approval, that a condition of
<br /> approval should include the case opening, as what was read into the record.
<br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no comments from the audience.
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit to the owners of 41 Polaris Drive with
<br /> the following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.

<br /> 7 Ships Lantern Drive: Owner, Jane Simpson requests a Written Finding under §174-17
<br /> of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a family room, office, and three-season
<br /> room on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 69 Parcel 51), Mashpee, MA.
<br /> Jane Simpson represented herself for the proposed project. She is requesting permission to
<br /> add a family room, office space, and renovate an existing porch for a three season room.
<br /> The plot plan depicted a 5 ft.porch in the front that will also be added that will have stairs.
<br /> The sheds were removed.
