MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 14,201.8 <br /> Mr.Mendoza said that the property conforms on the rear and side setbacks as he mentioned <br /> in his comments.The issue is,if the proposal is making this structure more nonconforming. <br /> Sharon read the Inspection Department,Conservation,and Board of Health comments into <br /> the record. Mr. Furbush read the Board of Health comments into the record regarding the <br /> sono tubes, and the six-foot opening that was addressed to the applicant. <br /> There were no more comments frorh the Board or the audience. <br /> Mi. Bonvie made a.motion to issue a Written Finding to the applicant for 7 Ships Lantern <br /> Dr.; with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan —7 Ships Lantern Drive, Mashpee, MA, Gregory & Jane Simpson, <br /> Prepared by: Holmes and McGrath, Inc., Scale: 1" = 10', Date: August 30, 2018, <br /> Drawn by: JRK, Checked by: JRK, Job No: 218227,DWG.
