MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Richard E. Hawryluk <br /> 20 Linden Road (Map 28 Parcel 63) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SR-2018-38 <br /> Mr. Mendoza stated that the bylaws were different back in 2003 when this project <br /> was started but the permit lapsed, and that's the reason for the zoning application. <br /> The Board asked the applicant if he has a driveway. The applicant said he has <br /> enough room for six cars. The plan does not depict a driveway, so the Board had the <br /> applicant draw a line on the plot plan depicting the driveway and initial his name on the <br /> plot plan. The Board accepted this revision. <br /> Mr. Mendoza asked the Board that a condition be made that the Fire Department <br /> review the plans for smoke detectors. <br /> Sharon read the Inspection and Board of Health Department comments in to the <br /> record. <br /> Brad Pittsley read the Conservation comments into the record. <br /> Jonathan read the DPW comments into the record. If a Special Permit is approved <br /> a condition be imposed requiring the applicant to provide all parking on site. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, August 22, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Special Permit to Richard E. Hawryluk for an accessory apartment under §174-45.4 with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Certified Site Plan--20 Linden Road, Mashpce, MA.
