Request for 2013 Food Establishment License: White Lion Baking Company. <br /> Elizabeth Miles commented that this will be a wholesale kitchen. The property location has all of the <br /> equipment needed for the kitchen and is located in an area where there is potential for a retail business. <br /> Luer Burton made a motion to approve the 2013 Feed Establishment Permit for wholesale only for White <br /> Lion Baking company with the condition of a pre-operation inspection and obtaining a wholesale license <br /> from the Department of Public Health. Calliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> . Board Approval — Definitive Subdivision Plan: Southworth I ashpee Properties, LLC. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the Board of Health needs to submit any comments ments of the Definitive Subdivision <br /> Pian for Southworth Mahpee Properties to the Planning Board for their final approval. The site plans and <br /> details of the plan are for the Board of Health's review, especially the drainage and the setbacks. The <br /> Subdivision will be connected to town water and the wiilowbend Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion to approve the Definitive Subdivision Plan for Southworth Ma tepee Properties: <br /> LLC. Falliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> . Request for Proposed Peapod Pick-up Program: stop and Shop Kristina Stefanski, Rep). <br /> Kristina Stefanski, Director of Quality Assurance for stop and Shop, introduced herself to the Board. <br /> Ms. Stefanki commented that the Peapod Pick-up Program'is an extension of their delivery service. There <br /> will now be rewrote locations at some of the stores so customers can pick up their orders. <br /> The food and groceries come from Peapod wareroorn in Mansfield. From a food safety perspective and efficiency perspective the orders are picked, set in totes, placed <br /> on the delivery truck, and delivered to the More. An annual study and quarterly audits will be done internally on the delivery process. In <br /> addition, upon delivery to a customer, an associate will take a quick temperature of the product to ensure <br /> that the cold chain is maintained. <br /> Kalliope Egloff made a motion that the Board of Health approve the alteration/modification of the existing <br /> permit for the Peapod Pick-up Program at the Ma tepee stop and shop with the condition that the Health <br /> Agent has been satisfied with the time and temperature logs, speaking with other operating towns, and the <br /> site plan provided. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> . Leal Variance Request— (Well to Septic): 9 Alewife Road. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that this will be an emergency septic upgrade. The variance will not be <br /> necessary because the 10 feet from the well will be maintained. <br /> . Request west f r 2013 Mobile Food License: P ppi's Dogs. <br /> Fred Jones of Poppi's Dogs introduced himself to the Board. <br /> 1r. Jones commented that he purchased a food cart that is currently under construction. Fred Jones was <br /> given permission by the site manager of Sur rnerfield Park to park his cart in the lower driveway. Mr. Jones <br /> Mated that the food is purchased every day, and everything bought cores prepared. <br /> Karlliope Egloff made a motion that the Board of Health approve the 2013 Mobile Food Permit for Poppi' <br /> Dogs, Fred Jones, subject to the pre-operation inspection by the Health Agent, mechanical refrigeration <br /> required for all potentially hazardous foods, all potentially hazardous foods to be disposed of daily, and no k <br /> food preparation. Luny Burton seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />
