OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Ralph 1ph ventre —Title v Violation— 56 Canonchet Avenue. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Ralph Ventresco mailed the check, but it was sent to the 11a hpee Water <br /> District's address. The check has been forwarded to the Board of Health. <br /> . Steven Lewis — I/A Violation —53 Uncle Henry's Road. <br /> d. <br /> Steven Levis commented that a check will be submitted to the Board of Health for the violation at 53 uncle <br /> Henry's Fad. <br /> 3. The Residences at South Cape Beach Condominium -- Stuart Bornstein. <br /> Stuart Bornstein stated that Bennett Environmental was hired to monitor the system and perform the <br /> necessary inspections. A contract, correspondence, and a schedule have been provided from the <br /> Department of Environmental Protection for testing and inspections. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the Department of Environmental Protection guidelines are more stringent <br /> than those of the Board of Health. <br /> Burton Kaplan remarked that-the contract for the Operation and Maintenance of the system was approved <br /> n April 17, 2013. Even though the contract was not executed, th.e work had started due to research <br /> performed by Bennett Environmental. The results of an inspection conducted on Larch 28, 2013, have <br /> been submitted to the Board of Health. Mr. Bornstein has requested a rescission of the fines previously <br /> imposed. <br /> k alli pe Egl ff made a motion that the Board of Health rescind the fine of$500 imposed against Stuart <br /> Bornstein, Bayp int LLC, 1Quinn'sWay. Lucy Burton seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Medical Marijuana. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that he has not had the opportunity to make additional comments. <br /> . Draft Tanning Regulation. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that he drafted the tanning regulation, and he used the Brewster regulation a <br /> a format. The only difference is Mr. Harrington added the statement that no employees of tanning <br /> establishments shall be less than 18 years of age, as well as the section labeled Penalties. <br /> The Board set a public hearing for the May 22, 2013, meeting to discuss the drafted tanning regulations for <br /> minors. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The net meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 7.00 PM. As there <br /> was no further business, Lucy Burton made a motion to adjourn the Public Session of the Board of Health at <br /> 8:06 PVI. Calliope Egl ff seconded the motion.
