Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> NEW BUSI Ess <br /> 1. sign Expense Warrants. The Board members signed the expense warrants. <br /> . Review/Approve BOH Public session Minutes: April 24, 2013. <br /> Approval of the corrected Board of Health April 24, 2013, minutes was continued until the net Board of <br /> Health meeting with a full Board in attendance. <br /> . Board Approval — Definitive subdivision Plan: Bayswater seaside 11, LLC. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the definitive plan proposes a re-alignment of Shore Drive West <br /> between New Seabury Country Club and Ti ewat h Village Condominiums. The re-alignment will allow a <br /> new road, Coastline Drive, to provide 'More frontage for lots along the shoreline. All of the lots will,be on <br /> town water and the New Seabury Wastewater Treatment Plant. All of the drainage will be subsurface. <br /> This meets all of the Board of Health requirements. <br /> Lucy Burton made a motion that the Baird of Health approve the Definitive Subdivision Plan for <br /> Bayswater Seaside Il LLC. Kalli pe Egloff seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. David Chase— Enforceable Agreement Violation — 84 Captains Rove. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that on April 10, 2013, the Board of Health issued a $500.00 fine and a deadline <br /> of May 1, 2013, to install a septic system. The system was installed and compliance issued by May 1, <br /> 2013. The fine letter was received recently by David Chase, but he does have more time to pay the fine. <br /> The Enforceable Agreement Violation for 84 Captains Komi will remain on the agenda for the next <br /> meeting as a follow-up to the fine. <br /> 2. Steven Levis—0 & II Violation — 53 Uncle Henry's fad and 30 Nick Trail. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that he has not had the opportunity to send the decision letters made by the <br /> Board of Health from the previous meeting to Steven Lewis. <br /> . .Jennifer Thomas — 0 & M Violation — 141 Timberlane Drive. <br /> 1r. Harrington commented that the Board of Health issued Jennifer Thomas a $300.00 fine for failing to <br /> provide an Operation and Maintenance contract. The Operation and Maintenance contract was provided <br /> on May 2, 2013, within 14 days of the notice. The Fiat Class mail would have been delivered to Ms. <br /> Thomas, but the Certified hailer has not been returned to the Health Department. Glen Harrington has <br /> requested to continue 141 Timberlane give to the net meeting. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> Amendment to the septic system Inspection Regulation. <br /> n. <br /> Glen Harrington discussed amending the Septic System Inspection Regulation and would like the Board <br /> to consider reprising the current regulation. Because it is a Septic Regulation the amendment must be <br /> published for two consecutive weeks for a public hearing. The Board agreed to set the public hearing <br /> date for June 2 , 2013. <br /> 2- <br />
