. Board Approval — Definitive Subdivision Plan•--56 & 57 Blue Castle Drive and 56 D egrass <br /> Road. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that the definitive subdivision plan for 56 & 57 Blue Castle Drive and 56 <br /> Degrass Road depicts a proposed 16-lot subdivision. Through nitrogen aggregation, the Board of Health, <br /> and the State 3 bedrooms may be allowed on each lot. The drainage has a subsurface component to <br /> meet Board-of Health requirements. <br /> Burton Kaplan rade a motion that the Burd of Health approve the Definitive Subdivision Plan a <br /> presented for 56 & 57 Blue Castle give and 56 Degrass Road subject to nitrogen aggregation for each <br /> of the lots. Kaliiope Egloff seconded the motion. The motion Was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Amendment to Septic Inspection Regulation. <br /> The Board members signed the Amendment to the Septic Inspection Regulation. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Irrigation Well Permit: 15 Cranberry Avenue. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that at one point this property Was in a documented area of contamination. The <br /> area has been cleaned, but the Board of Health has a moratorium for private wells and irrigation Wells in <br /> documented or anticipated areas of contamination. This is no longer documented, but it is definitely a <br /> former area. Mr. Harrington will issue a permit for the replacement irrigation Well, but volatile Organic <br /> Compound testing Will be required to be performed for the Well testing at the owner's expense. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at 7;00 PM. A <br /> there Was no further business: Burton Kaplan made a motion to adjourn the Public Session of the Burd <br /> of Health at :00 PM. Kalliope Egloff seconded the motion.
