The order to correct letter was received by <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Hayward on September 11, 2013. Since they have 30 days to correct al of the violations, <br /> the Haywards immediately hired contractors. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that everything was corrected except for the installation of the radiator covers and <br /> the second sink in the master bathroom does not have hot or cold running water. There were 1 <br /> violations with 2 remaining, and one other violation discovered today. A door has to be installed in the <br /> bathroom that was removed because of the renovations, and the rear door requires weather stripping <br /> because of some gaps. <br /> William and Ann Hayward, owners of 74 Degra Road-, introduced themselves to the Board. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Hayward commented that the weather stripping was installed today, the radiator covers <br /> have been ordered, but the tenant has the replacement part for the faucet of the second sink in the <br /> master bathroom. <br /> The Board suggested that-Mr. and Mrs. Hayward purchase a faucet and coordinate the installations of <br /> the faucet in the master bathroom, the bathroom door, and the radiator covers and then contact the <br /> Health Department for an inspection. <br /> 7:20 PM — BSS Design —Title V Variances — 1 1 Shore Drive. <br /> Tom Bunker of BSS Design, representing 101 Shore Drive, introduced himself to the Board. <br /> Mr. Bunker stated that in 2609 a septic system upgrade was installed at 101 Shore Drive with numerous <br /> variances. The owners plan to demolish and rebuild the house and rove the proposed dwelling closer to <br /> the road. <br /> Mr. Bunker commented that a new septic system is proposed in the rear of the property at 101 Shore <br /> Drive. The variances requested are a one-foot reduction from the proposed cellar wall to the Soil <br /> Absorption System and a four-foot reduction to three abutting property lines.
