There was a discussion whether or not the Board of Selectmen needs to approve the <br /> regulation. Virginia would check with town administration. <br /> Strike the note that the water is donated by the Water District. Add Water is available. Hand water only. <br /> Motion: Pamela moved to make changes to the regulations as discussed: bullets to <br /> numbers, $20 fees, revised bullet 1 as per email, adjusting paragraph regarding water, <br /> adding minor tweaking of the wording as discussed, seconded by Anthony. Vote <br /> unanimous 5-0 <br /> Virginia will check with Wayne Taylor and get further instruction if any further review is <br /> required. <br /> Irene stated she will check with Terry Cook to finalize the document before it goes to Wayne. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Thank you letters to vendors providing proposals for CPC application —Virginia <br /> Scharfenberg <br /> Virginia stated many vendors provided proposals for the CPC application and suggested <br /> sending thank you letters to them. <br /> Motion: Pamela moved to send thank you letters to the contractors who provided <br /> quotes for the MCGAC's proposal to the Community Preservation Committee. <br /> Seconded by Irene. Mohamad will then <br /> work with IT in updating the website. <br /> Proposed Letter to Master Gardeners of Cape Cod Requesting Member Assistance to <br /> MCGAC —Virginia Scharfenberg <br /> Virginia stated she would like to be authorized to send a letter to the Master Gardeners <br /> requesting their assistance in the gardens and she would also like to give them a time frame. <br /> Motion: Pamela moved to authorize the Chair to write a letter on behalf of the <br /> committee to the Master Gardeners requesting their assistance in the gardens. <br /> Seconded by Irene.
