Confidentiahty issues, <br /> implementation of such programs, breakdown of cost per employee, follow-up of <br /> referrals, and resources for assistance were discussed. <br /> Carole told the Board that the teachers have an assistance program now being <br />'r <br /> offered through the Massachusetts Teachers Association's Union. <br /> The Board decided to wait until IIs. LaBelle gets back to Marilyn before they make <br /> any decision on this. Marilyn will look into options for drug testing programs <br /> available in order to meet Federal requirements. <br /> MEETING WITH BOB WHRITENOUR <br /> Bob met with the Board to answer questions about the town's Performance <br /> Appraisal Systems, the Employee Assistance Program, the Family and Medical <br /> Leave Policy and the reclassification study. Joe asked about training for managers <br /> and training for special projects and how it will be budgeted.
