PERSONNEL BOARS NiMTES <br /> MEETING OF APS, 6, 1995 <br /> MASEPEE TOWN HALL <br /> 5 <br /> The following members of ta Personnel Board were present: Joseph Dellagala, Ronald <br /> Levine,Norma Koen and Carole Drvan. <br /> Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at 3 10 p.m. <br /> Floating Clerk <br /> Each Burd member gave the Personnel Administrator their input as to candidates who <br /> are quaULfied for the Floating Clerk position. 'hyping tests will be scheduled prior to <br /> interviews. <br /> Meeting with Executive Secretary <br /> Joe De agal-a updated the Board as to his meeting with Bob Whritenour. Joe advised <br /> Bob that the Board is working on centralized doc rnentatiori. Bob W. indicated that he <br /> did riot have a problem with the Board pursuing this. Carole Duivan suggested that the <br /> Board adopt a policy. All were in agreement. Norma suggested that.they lay out the <br /> format on what will be to every file. Joe commented that there is a lot to dq when laying <br /> out personnel files and that we would need the extra help before starting the project. <br /> Board members bers asked that this topic be placed on' a future meeting agenda, <br /> Ac—tion Plan <br /> Joe Dellagala advised the Board that he talked with Bob-Whritenour about the Personnel <br /> Board's Action Plan with regard to any concerns. Bob said that should there be any <br /> concerns, he would like to have thea addressed by the,Board. Marilyn Farren advised <br /> that Bob had brought this op at the Department Head meeting at which tine she <br /> addressed the issue. She told Bob and the Department Heads that the Board met with <br /> everyone that gave input with regard to the Action Plan and even those who said the <br /> plan was okay met with the Board. The Board hien incorporated changes to the Plan. <br /> No Department Deal voiced any objections at this meeting. <br /> The Burd asked that a memo be sent to Bob Whrit no r requesting to be notified when <br /> the Action flan is on the Selectmen's agenda so that someone from the Board could be <br /> present to answer any questions. <br /> Pers gggI. i son <br /> .Toe Dellagala advised the Board that he called the Personnel Board's-liaison to the <br /> Selectmen, Judy Mills, and asked her to cone to a meeting. Judy said that she may drop <br /> in on Monday meetings. <br />
