41 <br /> t <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING <br /> MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9, 1 9 <br /> Members Present: Joe Dellagala - Chairman - Personnel Board <br /> Marcia Lindsey - Clerk, Personnel Board <br /> Marilyn rn Farren - Personnel Admi istrator T Torn of Mas pee <br /> Access to Personnel office and Confidentiality iality Issues <br /> The Board discussed the sensitivity of documents handled in the Personnel Office <br /> and the reed for confidentiality. it was decided that Marilyn would request that Ray <br /> Martini install a receptacle on the outside of the Personnel office door so that any <br /> correspondence could be dropped there when the office is inaccessible. <br /> Acceptance of Minutes <br /> Marcia made a motion to accept the Minutes of the Personnel Board's meeting of <br /> December 16, 1994 and December 19, 1994. Joe Dellagala approved. <br /> Letter of Resignation <br /> Man*lyn react a letter dated January 3, 1995 from scbyl r Wires who has resigned <br /> from the Personnel Board. Mr. Wires cited time constraints as his reason for <br /> resigning and thanked the Board for the work they are doing. The letter wiH be <br /> forwarded to the Board of Selectmen. The Personnel Board is advertising to fill the <br /> vacancy created by Mr. Wires leaving, <br /> Ammon Plan <br /> The Board voted to remove Items No. 3 and 13 from the Personnel Administration <br /> Plan being prepared for review by the Board of selectmen. The Plan will now be <br /> forwarded to department heads for review and input. <br /> 1 <br />
