MASIHPtE TOWN HALL <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MEETING F JANUARY 13, 199 <br /> I <br /> The Mowing members of the Personnel Board were present: Cham Joseph � <br /> ellagala and Donald Levine. Selectman Nance Ca `yn was also present during the <br /> meeting. <br /> Chairman DeHagala convened the meeting at 9:00 a.m. <br /> P.A.s'. Review <br /> Array Mosley met with the Personnel Board to discuss P.A. , issues. Her first concern <br /> was the inconsistencies between the P.A.P. and the Clerical contract. She mentioned <br /> that the clerical union contract has ten steps and the P.A.P. only has five steps. Amy <br /> went on to say that there is also a difference in Longevity rates. The P.A.F. people want <br /> to be treated fairly. Joe Dellagala indicated that the Board studied Longevity and that <br /> some of the other union employees get less than the P.A.P. He said that the Board <br /> members all agree that there are inconsistencies. <br /> Array also said that if an employee wants to goo Personnel during the day, they should <br /> bo able to. Jde indicated that itis in the Board's Action Plan that all ton employees <br /> should be able to come to Personnel during working hours. <br /> Sick time versus personal time was also discussed. Any suggested ganging the policy <br /> to an hourly accumulation. The Christmas Eve Holiday was also mentioned which was <br /> given to Clerical Union personnel.
