Board <br /> members inquired about different facets of the sty dy. Issues such as; performance <br /> appraisals, drafting of job descriptions to fit changing responsibilities, evaluating <br /> personnel, structuring compensatory time, and personners policies and procedures, <br /> were discussed. Ms. Ryan told Board members that elected official's positions will <br /> e studied and rated but policies can not be mandated for elected employees. <br /> Trainins for Managers <br /> The Board discussed the possibility of offering training for managers after the <br /> current study is completed. Marilyn asked leis. Ryan for a `ball park" dollar figure <br /> for this type of training for next year's budget. It would be too expensive, howe er, <br /> to be done within the 2,000-range. <br /> Changes to P.A.P. <br /> Ms. Ryan told the hoard members that the P.A.P. xray need to be re-written after the <br />
